Conquering Fears, Scaling Photoshop, and Saying "Yes" More...One Project At a Time

Nobody talks about the insecurity that stems from being creative. If you asked me about flyers a month ago I’d break into a sweat and quickly say that it just “wasn’t my thing”. That I couldn’t, wouldn’t, or just don’t “do that”. God has a funny way of challenging our self-set limitations, and as He would have it— here I’ve been…doing flyers.

But I learned a lesson in all of these. There is such beauty in saying “yes” at times when fear is telling you to say “no”. Fear isn’t from Him, so we can’t allow it to define our lives. Also, you have more in you than you think, and starting is half the battle. Always be a student. Be willing to learn and grow, and it is so important to make a move when God tells you to and cast your fear, doubt, insecurity, or whatever is limiting you on Him so that you have the peace and strength to reach new heights.
